At Vihumotors.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

How Do I Return a Product?

To initiate a return:

  1. Login to your account on Vihumotors.com.
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the order you want to return.
  3. Click on Request Return and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Submit the return request with the reason for return.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is reviewed.
  6. If approved, our customer support team will share the return instructions and return address via email.
  7. After shipping the item back, please share the tracking number with us.
  8. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

What Items Are Returnable?

You can request a return within 3 days of delivery (unless otherwise mentioned).

To be eligible for return:

  1. Product must be unused and unworn
  2. Product must be in original condition
  3. Product must be in original packaging
  4. All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
  5. Product must not be installed or damaged

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  1. Accessories for two-wheelers
  2. Off-road products
  3. Custom-made car floor mats
  4. Used or installed products
  5. Clearance or sale items
  6. Products damaged due to improper installation

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Charges

  1. We do NOT provide free returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  2. Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
  3. If the product has a verified manufacturing defect, Vihumotors will arrange replacement or refund at its discretion.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
  2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  3. Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
  4. Bank processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Vihumotors products are covered against manufacturing defects under the following terms:

  1. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in material, electronics, or workmanship.
  2. Warranty period (if applicable) is mentioned on the product page.
  3. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase (invoice).

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  1. Repair or replacement of defective product (at our discretion).
  2. Replacement with similar product if original model is discontinued.
  3. Refund option if replacement is not available.

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Damage due to improper installation
  3. Water damage, physical damage, or misuse
  4. Products installed on two-wheelers
  5. Off-road use damages
  6. Clearance items

If the product is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer:

  1. Replacement with similar model
  2. Refund of paid amount
  3. Option to upgrade by paying price difference

Important Notes

  1. Refunds will not be issued for products returned without prior approval.
  2. Any product returned without original packaging may be rejected.
  3. Vihumotors reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility conditions.
