At Vihumotors.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
How Do I Return a Product?
To initiate a return:
- Login to your account on Vihumotors.com.
- Go to “My Orders” and select the order you want to return.
- Click on Request Return and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Submit the return request with the reason for return.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your request is reviewed.
- If approved, our customer support team will share the return instructions and return address via email.
- After shipping the item back, please share the tracking number with us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
What Items Are Returnable?
You can request a return within 3 days of delivery (unless otherwise mentioned).
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused and unworn
- Product must be in original condition
- Product must be in original packaging
- All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Product must not be installed or damaged
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Accessories for two-wheelers
- Off-road products
- Custom-made car floor mats
- Used or installed products
- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged due to improper installation
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Charges
- We do NOT provide free returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
- If the product has a verified manufacturing defect, Vihumotors will arrange replacement or refund at its discretion.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
- Bank processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Vihumotors products are covered against manufacturing defects under the following terms:
- Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in material, electronics, or workmanship.
- Warranty period (if applicable) is mentioned on the product page.
- Warranty claims must include proof of purchase (invoice).
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Repair or replacement of defective product (at our discretion).
- Replacement with similar product if original model is discontinued.
- Refund option if replacement is not available.
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to improper installation
- Water damage, physical damage, or misuse
- Products installed on two-wheelers
- Off-road use damages
- Clearance items
If the product is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer:
- Replacement with similar model
- Refund of paid amount
- Option to upgrade by paying price difference
Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued for products returned without prior approval.
- Any product returned without original packaging may be rejected.
- Vihumotors reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility conditions.
