  2. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  3. Custom-made products (such as custom-fit car floor mats) may require 2–4 working days for manufacturing before dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  1. Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  2. Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 working days
  3. Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors.

Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  2. Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  1. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  2. You can also track your order by logging into your account under “My Orders”.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  1. Orders returned due to incorrect address or unreachable contact number may incur additional re-shipping charges.
  2. Vihumotors is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer details.

Delivery Issues

  2. Delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, courier issues, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  3. Vihumotors shall not be liable for such delays.

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  1. Do not accept the package.
  2. Take photos and contact us immediately.

Partial Shipments

In rare cases, if multiple products are ordered, items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  2. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  3. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
